members of the FL. Mid-Regional MLS.. The MLS enables all Realtors
(throughout the region)
to share information in a standardized format with all other Realtors about the
properties any member Realtor has listed for sale. The MLS is perhaps a Realtor's
most valuable tool to present and advertise your property to thousands of other
Realtors who may have a client looking for a property like yours. Now, with
technology like the Internet, the MLS database is instantly accessible by all Realtors
from anywhere, and at any time, and the data is updated in real time to reflect
changes as they occur. Never in the history of real estate sales and marketing
has so much data been available as quickly and accurately as it is today.

Today, limited access to the MLS is
being made available to the general public. By clicking on
MLS Search
you can perform searches on
the entire MLS database to search for property for yourself, or to find
out what property in your area is on the market for sale along with the asking price.
The data you see is updated daily, and we do not restrict
your searches. We
think doing your own searches will enable you to be a more informed buyer
or seller.
Every search you do has critieria to focus the search on just what
is important to you. This is also called a Query. A Query
provides you answers according to your criteria. Building a proper Query
is very important. For no charge one of our Agents will not only build the
Query for you, they will provide you a custom web page to hold all your Queries.
Most exciting, however, is that when the results of your Query change, you may
choose to be automatically notified by Email. This happens in real-time as
new listings are added, or for when the status changes for old listings. Are you
