Why use MLX? |

The "MLXchange" web site (i.e.
"MLX") was designed to provide the ideal Client interface into the MLS. When
you use MLX you will receive a
100% accurate report of all properties in the MLS.
There is no seeding of bogus properties, and there is no favoritism done in the
reporting of results. Here are some additional MLX highlights: |

Your Agent can create a "Customized for you!"
website (inside MLX) that includes
custom built "queries" to identify
properties that match your specific area of interest
or price objectives. Most exciting is that your Agent can also set up "queries"
that automatically notify you by Email when a new property (meeting your criteria)
comes on the market, or there are price changes for any property that is in the
MLS. You can request to be notified monthly, weekly, or even daily. Just tell
your Agent what interests you, and your Agent will prepare the queries, and add your queries to your "Customized"
MLX website.
Your Agent will do all the setup (no charge), and you will have immediate and accurate
MLS data at your fingertips, at your leisure, and from the comfort of your home.
We think the new MLX has opened a new communication
frontier in our Agent/Client relationship, and we are anxious to show you what we can do. |

There is a tracking feature in MLX that allows you to
tag properties you find interesting. Further, your Agent can make recommendations, and these can be tracked
as well. Over time and anlysis you can review, add, delete, and keep track
of any property that seems interesting. This is all done in your "Customized"
MLX website, and
you are in control of what is important to you. |

MLX is opened in a separate browser window
so that, if you like, you
can size both this window and the MLX window so as to have both partially visible. Then, you can easily toggle between windows to utilize features like our "MLXchange Help"
and "Email us" while doing your searches.

Another nice feature of this new MLX web site is that you can place a
direct link to our MLX website on your desktop as an Icon shortcut. After
you click on the above"Search MLX w/MLX" link: select "File,"
then "Send," then
"Shortcut to Desktop." Windows/MLX will title your shortcut with our
Broker's name. We suggest you rename your new
shortcut to your "Agent's
name." |

There's lots of great real estate information on Zillow... But, PLEASE use "pricing information" with caution. Find more "home value"
info in "ReatyTrac" below. With all this data you and your "local-market-wise"
Realtor can devlop the best possible plan for buying or selling. |

"Google Earth"
A broadband connection and beefy PC is needed. First, you will download
Google Earth. Then you can enter any postal (or geodetic) address on Earth for a
3-Dimensional ride from outer space to that address. It's fun (and educational)
to Zoom and Pan around
neighborhoods. |
